Codeless Application Environment

The Codeless Application Environment (CAE) runs the packages developed in the Codeless Developer Environment. The end-user applications are constructed by running the packages with the build-in functionality of the CAE.

For growing organizations Codeless provides high scalability. Codeless applications can run on a single computer or on a network with multiple servers. Codeless fully supports Software Configuration Management such as extensive version control and change management.

Components

Server
The Server is the component that executes any application models created using the Modeler and the Designer.
Desktop Client
Clients are thin clients - they contain only the functionality required to pass user events to the Server.
Data Server
The data server stores all persistent application data and application meta data.
